‘Music Theater and Stage Performance’ is a course offered to the students of the Master’s Degree Programme at the Amsterdam Conservatory. The course is open to  composers, conductors, instrumentalists, and singers from both the Classical and Jazz Departments.

This course provides students with skills and tools to develop the visual aspect of music performance, and furthers their aesthetic understanding of music theater. It lets them expand their creativity and share their ambition for visual success. Students learn how to create and produce their own works, and how to express themselves as performers of works by others.

A special focus is given to the exploration of interdisciplinary paths between music and other Performing Arts .

The course is given by Jorge Isaac and lasts one academic year, combining group sessions with individual coaching.
